So after 4 hours of packing yesterday night, i think i'm about 90% done with sorting out all your items!
I'll sort out the remaining items when i get home tonight..
Update on Sat 03 Feb 2007, 10:15 - The top-up/refunds calculations are all done now, except
for those people whose items did not arrive/are damaged. So please check the spree list
below and make your top-ups so i may send out your items to you asap :)

Under the "Top-Up Due" column,
- If its a positive number and your box is highlighted in yellow, it means you have to transfer the top-up
- If its a negative number and the number is in orange color, it means i have to refund you
(I'll make the refunds next weekend, after i've finished settling the distribution of items)

The packages were delivered to my house today as expected:
The boxes look completely unimpressive huh. But no worries, when you open
them up, the clothes inside are gorgeous!! :)
Some updates:
- I've done some calculations and it seems like the international shipping cost
is SUPER cheap! Think: S$1.96 per shipping unit! :O
- Some lousy news is that 4 items were not shipped, they are labeled as OOS
on the shipping invoice. I'll be checking with CGW on this tomorrow.
loutan, jeslynsie, _ochre and myself are the people affected by this.
- I'll be uploading the spreadsheet with the top-up/refund amounts here by
late thursday night, so do look out for it then!

All 4 batches are going to be delivered to my house tomorrow! :D
Here are the ways you can collect your items:
- Meetup on Sat 3 Feb 2007, 2pm, Novena MRT (limited to 20 people) 6 slots left!
- Meetup on Tue 6 Feb 2007, 8pm, Orchard MRT (limited to 5 people, as i cannot carry so many items to work!) No more meetups for this day!
- Normal Mail
- Registered Mail -> will cost an additional S$2.20
If you're unable to make the meetups above, then you'll have to opt for mail.
If you're opting for mail, i strongly strongly recommend using Registered Mail
to ensure that your package reaches you safely; i will not be able to help you
nor be held accountable if your package gets lost via Normal Mail!

I will do the calculations for any top-ups/refunds after i have received
the shipping invoices from CGW and your collection preferences; i will try
to do them as quickly as possible but do remember that i work during the day
and that there are 60+ of you yeah? :]
*Please note that any top-ups will have to be made via funds transfer
before i will mail out your items or bring them along for the meetups.
Please collect your items within 2 weeks or they will be confiscated.

I will be making the refunds this weekend.
If your bank account number is missing, you'll have to wait another week
before getting your refunds. If your bank account number is wrong, then i
can't help you after i've already transferred the funds to someone else.

Just a quick one, coz its been a pretty tiring day!
Click here to check the final list of orders. If your item row is white (i.e. not
highlighted in any colour, it means that the order didn't go through.
Some of the items that were OOS at the point i was consolidating the orders
or when CGW was placing the orders have... mysteriously become available
again. So if you really wanna get your items you can see if there is another
Wetseal spree going on right now!
Will try to come up with a refunds list by tomorrow, latest by wednesday.

For those of you who have been waiting to find out whether your items have
been successfully ordered with Wetseal, here's an update.
Batch D has been ordered successfully, unscathed, no OOS items!
Total price for Batch D is USD$192.60.
However, Batches B & C have some OOS items, and i will be liasing with CGW to
replace the OOS items with your alternative items where available.

claralala, the Tweed Pattern Vest in Khaki/S was OOS, so have ordered the
alternative item you emailed me instead - Smocked Babydoll Glitter Tube in Black/S.
Will factor the US$1.25 difference into the second payment.
mypanda13, the Two Button Cropped Vest in Black Pattern/M was OOS, i'll be
refunding you for this item.

and are processing them now, so i'll update you guys again when its all settled.

Alright, babes, everything has been submitted.. keep your fingers crossed that
our items will still be in stock when CGW is placing the orders with Wetseal!
Unfortunately, some items have already gone OOS by now, and i've indicated
these in the "complete to-order list" above.
There are 4 batches altogether, and i've put up the lists of which items are in
which batch. Note that i've split it on a per item basis, not per person - so
you might find your items in different batches.
Also, it seems that CGW has increased their fees. If its really so, i will factor
the extra 0.5% into the second payment.
