Well, after the headwrecker that was the voting in the 2011 Fandom Steel Cage Match March Madness - the choices were hard - I have found a new toy from the pretties on display. -

Community. Three guesses which character I fell instantly in love with...

I'm comforted by the fact that DW and Sherlock are Hugely Successful whereas Community will be canceled soon!!!

...yeah, I'm so very predictable, aren't I? My husband would definitely concur with the diagnosis. (He's shy, rather than socially inept. But... tall, thin, techy, intelligent, and owns even more sci-fi than I do...)

*grins* Who else? Vampire!Abed now owns a piece of my heart forever.

Part of me was crying inside at the loss of the fandom that was, but this helps a little. *watches Abed with paintball gun again* Or helps a lot. There's actual friendship going down here. And pop culture troping. And mentions of 'Firefly'. And an awesome level of batcrap-crazy insanity that involves pillowforts and claymation and cardboard spaceships. And a Batman impersonation that's like woah. :)

Exactly. <3 Modern Warfare, the zombie episode, and Abed's Uncontrollable Christmas are my all-time favorites. Though I will say I usually enjoy every episode as it airs. :) I LOVE Batman!Abed. I think that's when I knew I had fallen for this show.
