1. Jim wants to cook Bones a traditional holiday meal, with all his favorites, on the Enterprise. So Jim comms Granny McCoy and gets as many of the old recipes as possible, but it's not getting the recipes that's the problem it's finding the ingredients in space. Jim's not sure it can be called pecan pie with almost pecans
