Well, thank you! I appreciate the compliment: it took me a while to get the characters right (especially Arthur and Douglas) as there were hardly any matching faces and bodies in the dollmaker, so I had to make them almost from scratch.

P.S. - was it you who took a picture of Ben in NY with The Travelling Lemon? Well, that was BRILLIANT! You win at life. *applauds* I wonder what Ben had to say about it. I bet he was pretty puzzled about the whole lemon thing, given that the CP fandom is so small (but so very active!) and he barely remembered playing Martin Crieff at all. The fact that he wouldn't want to have tea with Capt. Crieff made me LOL, though. ;)

There were a few mentions of Cabin Pressure throughout the evening and he did acknowledge and understand the lemon but there were a lot of people and he was very rushed (and I think overwhelmed) and I think a bit sad he wouldn't be able to get through everyone.

Poor Ben, he must have been exhausted by the end of the evening! From what I saw, though, he looks like a genuinely nice person, and I can understand how sad he must have been at not being able to go through everyone, especially as many of those people had travelled for long hours across the US just to meet him briefly.

Oh wow, these are just brilliant. I especially love Douglas's dissolute stance and sceptical expression. And Carolyn is very much the alpha dog :-)

Thank you! It took me a while to get Carolyn's face right because all the available faces on the dollmaker site were younger and softer than hers. Being the alpha dog, though, Carolyn has to show everyone who the boss of MJN is, right? So I tinkered with her expression a bit in order to make her a stronger character.

And Douglas, just because he is Douglas, would totally misbehave on purpose if a group picture of the MJN crew was taken, wouldn't he? Sky Gods don't take orders from anyone. ;)
