Buffy Issue #28 - Retreat Part III

I finally got to read Issue #28, and the only thing I really have to say about it is that twenty-eight issues in, and about the only two characters I can easily recognize in the artwork are Giles and Xander. Otherwise, I'm more often than not thinking, "Who is that?"

Thank God I don't count the comics as canon in any way because, otherwise, I would be *so* pissed :)

Yeah, I totally lost interest in even pretending these comics are canon when they had Buffy sleeping with Satsu.

In my little world, Xander came back to the US from Africa, ran into Spike, and they hooked up. LOL

Spike/Xander has totally become my OTP in the Buffyverse. Sadly, I am completely over Spuffy. But I enjoy Spander, friendship or slash, as long as the slash is not kinky BDSM, Daddy fic, that kind of stuff. Kink is pretty much not my thing. I'm all about the snark and romance. :-)
