America's Next Top Model is back! Oh, Tyra and the Jays, I actually did miss you because you bring the cheese in a way that's non-fat and cholesterol-free. I have to say, I think we dodged a bullet when ( cut for casting spoiler if anyone really cares )

I think we definitely dodged a bullet with Amber. I know the story about that one will get out and I fear it may be another installment of "Crazy Christians". (No one needs to write it; our brethren do it to themselves.)

Oh, seriously! She made me cringe every time she shouted "I LOVE JESUS!" OMG, shut up! Shut up! Shut up! I swear, my own prayers were answered when she dropped out. LOL

If it makes you feel any better, I didn't think of her as being a "crazy Christian." It was more, wow, that poor girl probably has some serious mental problems. She seemed like she was constantly about to burst into tears.

Gotta watch my boys beat up on the Titans (I hope).

I think there's a pretty good chance of that. I don't think they've forgotten about the terrible towel stomping and disrespect that went on last year. :)

I've wondered the same thing about Paula Abdul judging singing talent.

I liked Paula's videos, and at least she's involved in the music industry. Ellen? Not so much.

Yeah, you're probably right there. Although I thought their numbers were already astronomical, right? I don't watch the show, so I don't pay much attention to their ratings.

I saw someone post that she's supposed to be coming from it "as a music fan". Eh, whatever. I don't watch the stupid show either. :-)

I'm avoiding your post under the cut, because YES I could be spoiled for ANTM. Which is on my DVR. Speaking of which, you so badly need a TIVO. Or maybe I badly need you to get a TIVO.

Dude, I'm old skool. My VCR still works, and with the availablity of stuff on-line, I don't need no steekin' TIVO. ;-)

And, sadly, I don't *remember* if I've watched the recent series of CNTM. I think I did, but I'll have to go and check it out to make sure because, OMG! NO SHORT TERM MEMORY!
