WVU is now...

#3 in the BCS poll, and I'm now a complete nervous wreck over Thursday's upcoming game. The chances that WVU might - might - get to play for the National Championship is kind of mind-blowing. I'm not sure if I'll be able to stand watching the game.

Yes, this kind of stuff really excites me. *g*

The Steelers, on the other hand, do not. Just as kellyhkRead more... )

I really enjoyed your ficlet.

As for football, now that I am back in NYC, I get to see a different mix of pro games. Enough of my teams are doing well to keep up my interest. I do sympathize about the Steelers, who are among my favorites.

I've been - much against my will *g* - been sorta, kinda interested in how the Giants are doing. I'm sick to death of the Manning brothers hype, but at least Eli isn't in my face 24/7 with commmericals and orgasm-talk by the sports commentators.

I'm not sure what to think about the Steelers. I hope they can pull out of this funk, but I'm pretty sure this season is over for them.

*waves* Hi there!

Everytime I see the Steelers play, or read something about them, I think about you. Sadly, most of the time I think that you're not gonna like that, whatever it was that just happened. *g*

Glad college football and Supernatural (OMG, yes!) are spicing up your life. *g* And, oh god, the role reversal and poopies comment made me laugh. I'm glad they're doing better, and that your SiL is helping you out. Good luck taping everything this week. *g*

Hey, Dude. I haven't watched Numb3rs from Friday night yet, because, oh, God, so tired. I just set it up to tape and went to bed.

Yeah, the Steelers have pretty much broken my heart this year, but it's not the first time, so we'll persevere in hopes of better times. *g*

*facepalm* The role reversal thing with the parents it totally freaky, even though it's been happening more and more each year. BTW, they both informed me of their BMs when I went to fix them their dinner tonight. Ah, the scintillating conversation that happens at the 'rents house. Hee!
