Ok, not exactly. Riding a bike is a skill. Posting on LJ is...well, as I said to candygramme earlier today...it's like filling a void in my soul that's been there for a little while now. Too long.

hi honey! Hi! Its so good to hear from you! <3, i've sort of half pie kept up when I could and haven't been around much myself, but I know what you mean by family. I miss this place and always feel a connection to it, even when i'm not around (and yes I cried a little at that last episode and felt the first connection i've felt to SHOW in a while ^_^ SAMNDEAN!) sorry, i'm in a bit of a funk at the moment, but I wanted to say hi and so many congratulations and i'm glad to hear of the good and all the steps you've taken, you are amazing ♥

I'm so happy to hear from you. :) I figure it might be a little bit of a struggle getting back into things, getting familiar again and all that. Trying to catch up on people's lives. But I've been gone too long and I hope to fix that, at least a little, as best I can.

You - you I think of every single day. My little kiwi bird still goes with me, attached to my backpack, all the time. :D

Show - I'm still processing, believe it or not. I was recently telling someone else that when I watched it the first time, strangely I didn't have too much of a reaction to it. Edge of my seat, sure, but not the emotional reaction one would expect but I couldn't stop thinking about it. A few days later, I watched it again and BAWLED my friggin' head off. It finally sunk in. And it keeps sinking - in a good way.

Montana? What the hell is that like? Part of me imagines pretty sunsets and the rest of me thinks, "HOMOPHOBIAVILLE," which shows how little I know about states that aren't New Jersey.

Marriage and becoming a stepmother and having your mom along for the ride? Wow. That's a lot of stuff to deal with over the course of a couple of years.

Hey honey! I really loved that you've filled us in on the details of what's been going on! I knew some things, but not EVERYTHING of course! I'm so happy for you and incredibly proud for taking all of this on and kicking it's ASS! Go my brilliant anthropologist you;) YAY!
