I stopped biking because I wasn't losing weight.  Resting heart rate and stuff came down, so it was good for my cardiovascular system.  But I didn't lose any weight, really, so I stopped for awhile because I was frustrated.  Gotta get off my ass again, though, so I'm trying walking this time around.  It's nice to be doing exercise again.  I read ( Read more... )

You might want to try out Wii Fit as well. I know a couple other people that have picked it up and all of us are pretty impressed. I'm just using it as supplemental exercise but its really easy to just play on it for a half hour when I get home from work.
