Thanks! I'm not sure I like how this episode screwed with John's backstory, but I liked a lot of the other things that came out of it.

There's sadness here, but there's also intimacy and love and the inevitability of 'them' that I always feel when it comes to the Winchesters. The ending is perfect, resignation mixed with genuine hope.
