The moon sure is pretty tonight.
And you can see all of the stars so clear.
I wonder why it is that colder places get clearer skies?
We used to get all the light pollution from up to Charlotte.

These aren't any of the constellations my grandma taught me though...

not in missing mile anymore, a guy could get used to this, say hello!

I see you've been many places, some of them so faraway as to be not unfamilar to me
Ever been to a little town called Missing Mile?

There's a club there that's just fine. We got nothin' but on-tap beer, but there's no place more fun to play music or hang out than the Sacred Yew.

I doubt you would see any stars from your home here. This place is very different.

I reckon I've noticed that. But thanks for mentioning it. I kinda need the perspective, I guess.

Have you been here long?

Couple of days now.
It's not so bad now as I'm getting used to it.
I was kinda worried. The dreams I had of this place were unsettling.

Oh! I know that one! The Professor taught it to us in class. It's because the cold air makes all the pollens stay near the ground and that the cold makes the water in the air crystalize a little.

Ever notice the spiders start to spin when the weather turns cold?
That's how I always used to know the winter months were coming.

'Course, they're not as bad back there as they seem to be here.
I figure I'm going to need some warmer clothes soon.
