I've heard the same financial benefits about real estate, the problem is not everyone gets lucky.

Real estate is a high ticket item that 85% of the time remains a liability rather than a money making asset.
The items in the travel industry are much lower in price, are needed in both personal and business situations.
Is it easier to sell a hotel booking or a house?
No need to be lucky in the travel industry when over the past few years, Barry Diller spent 5.1 Billion on Expedia.com, Orbitz was sold for 1.7 Billion, Donald Trump invest over 200 Million in building his own travel booking engines that still does not offer the options this company does.

In addition, the company believes ANYONE can become so successful with their booking engines they Guarantee IN WRITING that if at the end of 12 months you have not made $6,000 they will write you a check for the difference.
Now you may be asking what the catch is. there is no catch. They ask that in each of the 12 months, you GIVE OUT 25 copies of their magazine to people you know, collect their name and email address, enter it into your back office contacts then contact them back at a time you set to see if they are interested. Even if no one joins after you have spoken with them, you still get paid at the end of the 12 months.
How difficult is that?
In addition, if you have not personally made back your initial license fee by the end of the 12 months, I personally will PAY IT BACK TO YOU.
Heard any deals like this in the real estate industry?
