...You do remember that, technically, you and I're meant to be enemies, right? Technically, you and he are on the same side.
Shouldn't that mean you'd better cut down on your Demon Quality Time?
*he dims the lights if they're not already dimmed and takes his glasses off; they're scratched all to hell. he tosses them in a wastebasket with a sigh*
Years I go without having to replace the damned things -- I get here and inside of one month I go through two pair.
It's almost funny -- a fellow angel tries to smite me, would smite me in a heartbeat if I gave him ample opportunity, I'm sure, and you're quite angry with-- oh, no. Not angry. That would imply Wrath, wouldn't it? You're quite disappointed in him, and have words with him. A human -- a demon hunter no less -- tries to do the same, and you're not bloody bothered in the least and go so far as to tell me that as long as I don't pose a threat, then everything will be jolly good. And what was it you ended up telling her? Oh, yes. That I'm an "associate" of yours. Not even a friend because it would never do to admit that you're friends with a demon, much less that you allow that demon to snog you on occasion, would it?
