Am no longer snowed off work, however basically everyone else is. This makes my office Very Fun. (Number of voicemails I had to go through this morning: seventy three. I WISH I WAS KIDDING.) So, because I am tired: telly!

I'm sure I'm not the only one who wants to see you Write A Letter on that subject (not that I knew about the QI thing until reading your post, but still :P)

Well, you've made me very sad as I am just now waiting for QI to finish downloading so that I can enjoy it while having my first cup of tea of the night.

I hate all sorts of Mars vs. Venus discussions. A few months back a guy at a bar started hitting on me and my sister using the brilliant icebreaker of asking us whether women preferred guys who were confident or handsome, and I eventually informed him that what we *don't* prefer is guys who like to discuss that sort of thing.

Seriously, confident or handsome. And obviously 'not being a dumbass who thinks your gender is the only thing you can talk about' isn't on the list. Oy.

Oh, QI. This is my disappointed face, show. I'll have to watch it now, of course, to see how bad it is. Which, with that kind of theme, I'm guessing is VERY.

I totally support you writing a letter. I've been bitching about it on Twitter, but being constructive = good.

Indeed, QI was very bad. I don't think the choice of panellists was great for it, either.

I felt really bad for Ronni, who seemed to be trying her best, but otherwise, yeah, I kind of agree. WTF PEOPLE.
