And I have been rubbish at replying, woe, but the West Wing is one of those things I look back on very fondly but tinged with sadness - some of it was so good, but then it wasn't the same show any more, really, and it's tough to know what to say about that. I will have a go for you, though, darlin'. :)

I forced myself to stop watching while I was working on this essay, because I have a massive crush on Michelle Forbes and it was distracting was afraid I'd get the different Michelle Forbes characters mixed up in my head and thus in the essay. JUST WAIT TILL SHE GETS AIR TIME. Like, I fully admit I'm biased, and I also admit that the entire cast for this show is fucking amazing, but she? Knocks my SOCKS off. AND DIANNE WIEST. OMG.
BUT YAY I'M SO GLAD YOU'RE WATCHING. You'll have to tell me everything you like. Seriously. Email me all the giddy little details you love. I'm going to start re-watching next week, hopefully.
