... in which I say NO, you say YES (but you will change your mind)

I thought I'd do that "ten moments which incite geeky glee" meme, because I figured that it had pretty much been invented for me. Heh. Aren't you all lucky? These are in no particular order, and they miss off a whole load that have already been done by other people, as well as being restricted to only one per canon. (Yes, I'm weird like that.)

You can imagine the 'squee!' for yourselves. )

Aiiiii I adore you so much. Your geekery is SO much like mine, it makes my heart pound with glee. :))

I love Wormhole Extreme ('So this isn't a real show? We're still getting paid, right?'), I honestly can't understand why it's not one of the most beloved episodes in SG1 fandom. Everyone except us is CRAZY. *nodnod* *grins*

Mmmmmm Small Potatoes. The almostkiss! The notaMulder! So much squee. Eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee. There's some more now. *giggles*

*squishes you everso tightly with the lurrrve*

For some insane reason I never use it, I guess because I just don't have enough SG1 fans on my list. Isn't it fabulous? *loves snarky Eddie!Jack*

I can not WAIT to meet you. Oh, the SQUEEEEEEEEEEEEE! :D

Pick me pick me!

Eddie and Jack/Daniel in one icon? Can my brain take such joy?

Sorry Katie-my-lovely - barging in on your conversation there....*backs out trying to look innocent*

I always call "A Proportional Response" the Turningverse story that Aaron Sorkin wrote. I actually thought about writing a story centring around it once, but ended up scrapping it because too much of it was already onscreen. :-)

Hell yeah. :D I don't know if I've ever said this (though I hope I have), but one of my favourite things about the Turningverse is how you managed to add an extra layer to CJ's behaviour here too. Major squee, let me tell you.

The ironic thing? I didn't even see "Proportional Response" until after I'd already written about the C.J. stuff from the first campaign! I'd just read a transcript. And then when I saw the episode, guh. Sam hitting the wall, that's what gets me every time.

Now I want to watch it again ...

I'll join you in those birthday felicitations. Anyone with enough cheek to call herself Angua gets my vote :-)

One of my biggest awwww moments is the bit in the penultimate - I think _ ep of Buffy S7, where he finds her in the abandoned house and she asks him, after he's being all gentlemanly-like, to spend the night with her and just...hold...her. I flood the place every time I watch that! For that matter, the entirety of S1-3 is sooo full of Moments for me (with a scattering of Moments, including Willow and Tara dancing and levitating gently, thereafter. I won't include The Body because that's not awwww-some - it's merely one of the most powerful pieces of filmmaking ever. In any genre. Full stop.)

And stop me if you've heard this one before, but Richard Lester's 70s film Robin and Marian (Connery-Hepburn) is too chocka with Moments to credit.

Wormhole X-treme rocks. But then mostly what we have in our household are endless Jack-Induced Snarfle Moments. Hee!

Dammit woman - you stole a bunch of mine. I love the arguing in War Stories too - "There's obeying going on right under my nose!" - and almost every moment in Wormhole Xtreme!. I have such a fan-girl crush on Peter DeLuise.

In fact you've now made me want to do this myself.

*goes off to consider & post*
