The author visit with MWT, Holly Black, and Marie Lu last night was great! There's a video of it on Old Firehouse Books' Facebook page, for those who couldn't make it. Her stories are always great. The hand cutting one had me in stitches. I joined the zoom late, just as she was talking about Sounis. Awww.

I was watching this on my laptop, when my husband came in. He asked what I was doing, and I screeched, "Watching a zoom meeting WITH MY FAVORITE AUTHOR OF ALL TIME!!!"

And he said, "Oh, the 'Twilight' lady?"

"What???!!! Ew! No way! God, how long have we been married???"

"Oh. Wait, is this the Attolia lady? From your license plate?"

"Yes!...Gosh!"

I missed this so thanks for posting it here!
I was smiling from ear to ear when she talked about the dedication. Even though I joined later than many of you, I feel like I’m part of it too. And, I laughed so hard about the hand story in the library that my cat, who was curled up on my lap, jumped off in disgust!
