I can add this (quoted from a publishing newsletter) to the pot: Lois McMaster Bujold's GENTLEMAN JOLE AND THE RED QUEEN, a new book in the Vorkosigan series, starring Cordelia Vorkosigan, her new love interest, and her not-so-pleased son.

When I posted this blurb on the Bujold list, lots of folks promptly began all sorts of gleeful speculation.

Lois posted, saying that, whoever the blurb came from, it wasn't from her. It wasn't wrong, but was...misleading.

Eep. Speculation springs anew.
