[It's around ten at night when Neku is dumped unceremoniously back into the village. He's wearing nothing the pants the New Feathers wear so it's clear to see he's not in great shape. Joshua does so, looking around as he walks. It's a lot harder to spot someone when you're the one who's glowing, not them. ]

[ Oh, that's more helpful. Joshua turns to notice Neku when he speaks up, and after a moment, the glow around him vanishes and he approaches Neku. ]

...I've been better.

[Neku is actually really glad to see him right now. Joshua is the first person Neku has actually seen in a few weeks now. Besides being able to talk to Shiki briefly for a few days he's been mostly in solitude. And it sucked.

As far as wounds go... he's covered in quite a few bruises and abrasions, plus he's a little more on the scrawny side than normal. His wings are in bad shape as well if Joshua happens to see them. Feathers have fallen out from stress, and quite a few are either just brittle or stained with dried blood.]
