Room 505, Saturday Night

Kabuto had intended to set up a meeting today for Lucifer and Orochimaru, but...well, he hadn't been out of the hotel much today. This was, actually, his first real excursion.

He was mostly just coming to collect some of his notebooks to give to Orochimaru, but he left the door open.

(mainly for one visitor in particular, but open!)

Ino waited until Shikamaru and Chouji had gone off to get food before slipping out of her room and across the hall. She poked her head in the open door, glad that neither of her teammates had noticed it, and knocked lightly on the frame.

Then winced. Her hands hurt from being held so tightly.

"Kabuto-san?"

Kabuto glanced over his shoulder, then turned to look at her. "Hi, Ino. Is something the matter?" He sported a cut on one cheek and the bridge of his nose, but didn't seem to notice it.

"What happened to you?" Ino stared, her pain temporarily forgotten, "And why haven't you healed yourself?"

"Hm?" Kabuto blinked, then smiled. "Oh, that's nothing to be concerned about." He tugged at his gloves, making sure they were all the way up on his arms. "What can I help you with?"
