I can't read Japanese, but I know enough Chinese characters to understand the form.

From the pic above, it didn't tell me how the tickets would be delivered. It asks you to give your name, membership number, contact details, method of payment and which concert(s) you want to buy tickets for. And I can't see an option about birthday special either. There are one concert in Nagoya (24th May), one in Osaka (25th May)and two (6th and 7th June) in Tokyo.

yeh that helps a great deal! Bable's poor translations led me to believe I had to give specific delivery details, something that's impossible as I don't know my hotel's actual address!!!

Glad that I have helped. So are you going to order the tickets?

My advice would be that you should contact the organization which is selling the tickets and see if you could make some arrangements to pay and pick the tickets at the show or send it to the hotel as soon as you have the confirmation.

yeh definatly going to order the tickets! Contacting ahead actually sounds very sensible and I'll definatly have a go at doing as such!!! Also the bossyness is a good thing...I'm a little flighty and thus a bossy tone = the best way to get me to do things!!!
