We're still not ruling out deity culpability, but honestly there are a lot of sickos in this place, and the police aren't a fan favorite of anyone's. You know if he's made anyone in particular angry lately?

I can send a few black and whites down to help keep an eye on him, if you need it. Until we figure out what the hell is happening to him.
