...Not really. I wonder, though. Kimihiro and Shizuka said they are from "Tokyo" too. But as it seems there are lots of alternate Tokyos...

Well, from what I can tell, they're from my Tokyo. Or at least, a very close alternate. Tokyo is such a large and populous city that I think many alternates anchor around it.

They are all connected by virtue of being the same place. I'm not certain how easily you could move from one to another, however. It might be as difficult as crossing to unrelated worlds like Cephiro.
