From what I've seen, the main cause is pestilence. I would advise everyone to clean out their apartments. Thoroughly.

Fleas are notorious for spreading plagues in rural areas. Especially in 3rd world countries.

Uh, I think a guy with black hair? Glasses? A girl named Claire-blonde hair, cute-probably would know, too. I don't know if they've got it started yet, but things seem to happen a lot faster here.

Got it. Guess I'll have to keep an eye out, then. Great to see people are making this sort of summer thing available even in this place. For a while I thought I was one of the VERY FEW who enjoyed the beach.
