They're all in the upper 30s, the Scizor is level 40 and is really the only thing that poses any sort of challenge. Well...not for you since you have two fire types. It should go down pretty quick since it's doubly weak to fire.

Bugsy's team is pretty weak, anyway. The only thing to worry about is his Scizor, and it's twice as weak to fire than the rest.

Since he's a fire type it would normally be good. It just that he's also a dark type.

Bugsy got a two pokemon that will cause problems for it, a pincer and a heracross. Heracross is a bug/fighting type and from what I've seen myself that pincer knows a hell of a lot fighting moves.
