Physical traits: Looks like any other cute Japanese schoolgirl out there. Will be a bombshell someday.
What's Okay To Mention Around Him/Her: Anything is okay, but mentioning Yomi triggers emo.
Abilities: Kagura herself is a miko/priestess type, so should be capable of the associated spells (barriers, cleansing, etc.) but is canonically fail at it. She does a fire spell a couple of times in canon, and appears to spiritually augment her blows during hand-to-hand combat. She also fights with Byakuei/Shiro -- see this section for more details.
Ga-Rei Zero shows her as being a pretty badass swordsman. Since her last memories are from a time when she would have been using it regularly, I'd say her skills are pretty good as she doesn't actually remember the time period when she would have been relying entirely on Byakuei.
It looks like the Kyuubi stuff has actually left her stronger, faster, and... uh, hungrier. Noticeably, as in it's probably unnatural for a normal human, though she can't by any means lift cars or anything like that. Probably like an above-average human which is weird since she's a tiny schoolgirl.
Notes for the Psychics: Happy-go-lucky girl is actually not, and apparently sometimes thinks the world sucks and it would be okay if it just went away. There's some emo/trauma there and she basically represses instead of dealing with it in a healthy way. Low noise level.
Notes for the spiritual: Kagura's soul is bound to an inugami that, after lolarious Kyuubi events, is significantly less evil and appears to have stabilized! It is connection to her via spiritual chains that appear to come from her back and comes and goes as it pleases.
