You mean using a picture as a prompt? No, in this case I chose the picture after writing. But I've done some other very short ones using this format, in which the drabble is woven through dialogue from the film. I'll save those for the drabfest. Great graphics on that LJ, btw.

What an interesting take on Joe Agurrie. You put a lot of informtion in such a short story. I really enjoyed reading this. Thank you so much for sharing!

This was short enough to be read in the middle of the day without feeling bad ;-). But I comment only now...

A very good one shot, from the point of view of the form and also from the point of view of of the content.
Absolutely new take on Aguirre!

Hi Antonella. I'm finding drabbles are good because they require more thinking than actual writing so they're portable. :D

I should have waited to post this tomorrow (anniversary of end of the war). Funny how it's a national holiday in France and not in America, since the war had ended for Europe 3 months earlier (we get that day off, too).
