Partners may mobilize on their own and just bump into each other if you like.
Victims, you can say something here, too.
Most importantly: PEOPLE WHO WANT TO END UP RESONATING, START PLOTTING ! Germany's rules look stringent, but it's easy to break them, so feel free to do so. (Just be prepared to face his wrath if he finds out.)

Why is no one posting in the log. I DEMAND TO SEE PEOPLE BEING MOBILIZED! Kidding... Maybe I was too organized. Groups can go and claim an area for themselves already, just agree on how you guys end up meeting there. Maybe a pair went there to look, and they found the others also searching, and you can stumble into victims, yeah?
