And so! Coordination post for the mission going up December 6 (USA time).
We're following a different format for this mission log. Instead of the usual TYL or Norad-type mission format where we are separated into units and areas, we'll be separating the groups into very small groups by their objectives instead. The targets are, namely: The kidnap victims and witches.
Click this link to see what I'm talking about. Your characters won't know, ICly, that these are their specific targets, so they'll be basically running and discovering these things. But you as a player are allowed to choose which group your character falls into.
For this mission, unpartnered characters may also join it provided that they are decent fighters. The golems are not kishin eggs or witches and can be defeated with just pure force, but they are still hardy. Besides, the victims will need someone to drag them out. The medics, as usual, may have as many volunteers as they want.
As for the timeline of the log: We will be posting a pre-mission mingling thread, and then separating each group to threads of their own (timed to when the characters are already on the verge of finding their targets or getting there), and then the medics thread.
Something on a much smaller scale will also be happening in the city, so don't worry if you can't join the event with all your characters.
You can start claiming your rescuees/assignments here. Each group (excluding the medics) will have at most five characters involved to keep the threads moving. We can add more threads if needed. The mission in-game day will last a week IRL. Rewards will be announced after.
