Um, is there any possible chance that I could, y'know, get outta here soon? I know I got some stitches in my back 'n those could get removed 'n all.

If there any like rehab tests that I gotta complete, tell me now 'n I'd be more than happy to do 'em.

Also, thanks for all of your help with gettin' me back to full health.

hospital, is there a doctor in the house?

As I have not had the task of examining you and can do nothing without doing an examination of my own, I would recommend following your attending physician's advice. Healing does take time, especially with physical trauma. What you can do is rest, eat healthful foods, and do whatever exercises your attending has assigned for you.

You got a point there.

So, I should just take my time while I'm in here 'n it'll go by quicker?

Yes.

If you get too bored, socializing with other patients and engaging in mentally stimulating activities (games, reading, whatever it is you like to do with your free time) may help keep your spirits up. Having a positive outlook is half the fight.
