You know, "wow" is what Oprah says to a guest when she can't think of anything else to say. Usually when a guest says something and she just doesn't know what else to say.

I don't actually watch Oprah. It comes of after something else I watch occassionally and if I'm online the channel usually ends up just staying there. It's also not "Oprah" it's "Oprah, After the Show".
