[Watches Germany leave, and looks at Italy with a soft frown. You'd have to be an idiot to miss the change in the smaller nation's mood, and Spain is only one some of the time.

He gently rests a hand on top of Italy's head.]

Italia? [He's not sure if it's because Italy will miss living with Romano, or something else...]

[awww... he's happy to see Japan sit, too. It makes him feel comforted. After a moment, he rests his head on Spain's shoulder. Those human feelings are returning again. He doesn't really know how to handle them]

Threatened?

[A little amused, to see Japan crouching in front of Italy, but he doesn't comment. He's glad that the Asian nation joins them, though, because he knows that Italy and Japan have been close. When Italy rests his head against his shoulder, he lifts his hand from Italy's shoulder to the side of his head, remaining there as he thinks about the idea of Romano being threatened by Germany.

It makes sense, in a way. He's surprised he never thought of it before.] Do you think he's jealous of him?

[Jealous? Romano was jealous of Germany? Maybe it made sense, for the way he had always acted. But Romano was Italy's brother, certainly there was no reason to be jealous...

[when Japan said that, Italy's crying became a little louder, he suddenly leaned forward and grabbed his Asian friend into the hug-pile with Spain. He was so happy to have Spain and Japan here. While he adored Germany, and even his brother, it felt better when all of his friends were beside him.

It was at that moment that Germany emerged with a very loud Romano. Keeping a tight hold on Japan, Italy looked up to watch them] ... [it looked like things were going to get even worse]
