[Having a free evening as usual, Sai decided to check out this mystery 'arcade' place that Takuto apparently worked at.

But now that he is here, he is just stood inside the entrance staring at everything. What are you meant to do here exactly?]

[ the third round starts up but half way through he stops, stepping back. He isn't very good at this game and to make it harder he doesn't really understand the concept of playing it just for fun, nor what the mechanical looking creatures on the screen actually are. It probably shows on his face.]

You want to play something else?

[Because it would be okay if it wasn't Sai's favorite game, even though it's Takuto's.]

I am having trouble understanding the purpose of this 'game'. You have to beat the other mechanical thing, but then what?

[his attention then moves on to the controls] and how does this work? How does it know that if I press this button here, it should jump on the screen?

[and now he is crouching down trying to work out where that token went]

Once you beat it, then you win. You get some tokens back, which you can use to either play more games, or redeem for prizes. [He frowns in confusion.] And the point is that it's fun. That's what games are for. Don't you have video games in Konoha? What are you doing?

[He peers over Sai's shoulder, trying to see what he's looking at. He really can't have Sai trying to ninja back his tokens or break the machine.]

No we don't have these games in Konoha. So the only purpose of playing is to collect tokens to trade for items? But those things are not useful.

[then he has a brilliant idea] you should trade the tokens for weapons. [weapons are useful.]

I was looking to see where the token went.

No, the purpose is to have fun. [He is beginning to think he will have to beat this idea into Sai's head. Though, he doesn't really want to punch him again unless he really really warrants it.]

If you're not into this game so much, try another. Or I can try to play you in versus mode. And we're not trading tokens for weapons because weapons aren't fun. [Generally speaking, at least. And it just seems creepy to have a weapon arcade.] And you can win a guitar if you play enough, which seems pretty cool to me. I hear the large plushie whales make pretty good pillows, too.

You can stop looking for the token, too. It's not going to move until I empty the machine, which I probably won't need to do for another three days.

[just.. have a blank look at the whole 'fun' thing, takuto.]

We can play it together?

I cannot play guitar and I do not need a whale for a pillow. I still think weapons would make a good prize.

[he stands up once Takuto mentions that he cannot get the token back. So you do not get them back?] if you want the prizes, wouldn't it be cheaper and easier to just buy it from a store?
