"Ah! Zidane!" Colette turned when she heard the familiar voice and turned, a bright smile on her face, cheeks a little flushed from the colder air. "I don't really get to see snow as much back home, so...so this is really fun! It's pretty amazing that it snows in the desert too." she mused, watching it fall.

"It does seem odd, but I suppose it does get colder at nights at least." she held out a hand, catching some of the flakes with a small giggle. "Yes. It didn't quite get cold enough at Iselia back home." She was also mostly savoring the cold, the fact that she could feel it, but she rarely mentioned anything about the reality of her Angel Transformation to her friends not from home.

[ooc: Go for it! She is pretty strong though, and can fly if she needs to get away.]

With the weather not looking like it would change any time soon, Lloyd had finally decided invest in the local winter-wear. He now had some standard gear, all bright red, and was headed back with all of it on when he spotted Colette. So, of course, he made his way toward her.

"Hey Colette!" he said. "What are you doing?"

"Lloyd! You're out for a walk too?" Colette smiled, turning a little at the sound of the voice. Of course Lloyd would choose red, she thought to herself. Her own winter clothes were a light blue, so she supposed some habits from home stayed despite the new surroundings. "I can...I can feel it. The cold." It was soft, but not so quiet Lloyd wouldn't hear as she looked from him to the falling snow, watching it.

Well yes, red looked awesome! "Yeah, I was getting some of this warmer stuff."

He blinked in a bit of confusion before looking at the snow himself. "Oh yeah, this is the first time you've been in weather like this after the Journey of Regeneration, huh? I keep forgetting I remember more than you do..."

"Well, it seems you got it just in time. I only got mine recently a little before we left for the mission in Europe." She answered, glad Lloyd had at least been prepared and had the money from his job to afford it. He'd be very cold without the warmer clothes outside otherwise.

"Yes....I mean, I've felt that it's been mostly hot here since I arrived, but I think it's probably still a little dull in comparison to before. I'm just glad, I can tell if it's hot or cold now again." She still wasn't entirely sure what to make of BREW reversing the effects of the Transformation, but Lloyd did say it worked out in the end, she supposed.

Snow was a rarity from where he was from. Viede looked up at the sky as he bundled up and stepped out of the library. His warm breath creating the puff of smoke along with his tired sigh, the sinner's brain was fried for once, browsing through all those books. So much has advanced since his era that it was almost overwhelming.

Walking down the path back towards his apartment, he noticed the girl happily playing in the snow unlike those he passed, who simply complained of it. He stopped to watch a bit. A small smile at his lips. The youth.

Colette was oblivious to the observer, continuing to watch the snow fall and kept working on her snowman. For her first attempt, it wasn't too bad, but it was probably obvious she had never done this before. She was just copying the ones she saw around that the local children had made. The angel beamed proudly when it was finished, minus a hat and scarf. It wasn't perfect, but she was pleased.

He watched her form the snowman, one part to the next. And by the time she was finished, he was already approaching her as he placed a hand under his chin to ponder.

"Something seems off." he stoically commented.

The Chosen looked as she heard a voice, initially startled, but pleased to see someone else outside enjoying the weather. She smiled, but then seemed to assume he meant something was off about her snowman.

"Ah--you think? Did I miss something? I don't have a spare hat or scarf for him like the others do...." she seemed upset, worried now that hers might be inferior because of the lack of clothing.
