Riku stared at the mob, his frown visible but overshadowed by how intensely he was looking at them. Was it an odd to compare this throng of mindless, angry masses with people on worlds that were being slowly swallowed up by the Heartless?

What was happening now was by far worse in terms of violence and atmosphere. This was something that Riku would never, ever mention.

Nodding sharply as he regained his focus, Riku stared at the people intensely and wondered if he should jump into the fray to physically subdue the more violent ones.

"See if you can talk them down."

She gave the crowd a long stare. She doubted she could, but seeing as these were people and not monsters or Kishin Eggs she wasn't keen to resort to violence from the start. She nodded, then began fiddling with the megaphone one of the people working here had given her when they'd first arrived.

"Excuse me." Despite the increased volume very few people actually turned away from what they were doing, "The mall is closing for the day. We ask that you pay for whatever you have in your hands and then leave in an orderly fashion."

That got a few head to turn, but it was mostly to scowl at them. It probably wouldn't be long before people started throwing this at them.

"The mall will reopen in the morning. you can come back then."

Those weren't the words that people wanted to hear. Riku glowered back at the mass of people, watching them begin to complain to them. While they weren't all that older than most of these shoppers, the shoppers knew Shibusen. With a pair of teens playing the role of authority, they were obviously Shibusen.

Where there was authority, there were always mobs and dissenters who enjoyed making a fuss and doing nothing but complain.

The message was repeated once more and there were angry murmurs and demands, more heads turning from the mall to rage at them instead. Stepping in front of Aqua, he sliced through a projectile with his arm-turned-Keyblade, quickly deflecting a few more.

"Looks like we have no choice but to use force."

She had half-expected that something like this would happen even as she repeated the warning. Though it would have been nice to be wrong.

She set the megaphone on the ground, giving it a light kick with one foot to send it sliding off to a corner. She was supposed to return it afterward.

"Looks like it."

When there was a slight ebb in the amount of projectiles being thrown, she reached out for his hand, "Can you transform? It would probably be safer than using an actual sword." For the people they were supposed to be subduing. Either way, they weren't much of a danger to the two of them.
