With Shishito gone, Colette had been upset, but she felt she had to find a new Weapon so she could do her part to help Shibusen and keep the residents and guests safe. Thus, her asking over the network about Weapons and after Fuuka's response, it seemed appropriate to at least give partnering with her a try. The Chosen was nervous, but willing to give it a try. There was nobody she really hated, she was fairly certain she could get along well with her new partner, even if she did feel a little guilty and like she was replacing her previous partner somehow. She walked with Caramel on the lead, giving a smile and wave as she neared and saw Fuuka. "Sorry if I made you wait too long, I had to get Caramel ready..." she apologized as the dog gave a soft bark in supposed greeting.

When Fuuka heard Colette, she smiled at her before smiling back at Caramel. She wanted to pet him but wasn't sure should she.

"You don't have to apologize, I didn't wait that long." She said to her. Now what she thought to herself. Admittedly, she also had some trouble trying to get to know Jenrya but it worked out in the end. She hopes that it will be same for Colette. She didn't know that much about her but she knew that had a previous partner before he left. Maybe that's how they'll connect.

"Um...should we go now?"

"Oh...okay. I'm glad you weren't waiting! Shall we get some ice cream?" Colette was relieved to hear Fuuka hadn't been waiting a while or anything, and knelt to tie Caramel to a nearby pole, since she wasn't sure if animals were allowed inside shops. It seemed safest, at least. She straightened with a smile, gesturing for her partner to follow.

Even though Fuuka had to be been Death by Ribbons before, she never really ordered anything from this place. She did look around but that was it. It wasn't that she didn't like sweets, she had been so busy with work and with missions...she never had the time. But now, it looks like she has.

"Um...have you been here before?" She asked while looking at the selections.
