Characters: ghostofaqueen and holy-prankster Location: Sohki's apartment Rating: G Time: 30th of November, 10:30am Description: Sohki invited Kerrigan around for tea!
Sarah couldn't remember a time when she had sat down for tea and pleasant conversation. While Arcturus had drank the finest of teas and reveled in the finest of everything related to teas, their conversations had been about the next mission and ended with new orders. She figured that this meeting would be quite different.
She had arrived at the appropriate time to the appropriate apartment and casually knocked on the door. She had decided that the door was less likely to startle Sohki, though it would amuse the man less. Besides, she couldn't repel to everyone's apartment balcony.
Besides, she was certain that she had heard a bark inside the apartment, and she wasn't about to tangle with a dog. It would be messy, and she would probably do something unforgivable.
He'd only just finished placing the tea cups down on the table before he caught the scent of someone else approaching. Standing up straight, the knock on the door had him smiling before he made his way over. Genro followed along, but the kirin asked for his companion to remain in the living room.
Opening the door, the usual friendly expression was on his face as he greeted, "Such a pleasure to see you again, Miss Kerrigan. Please come in." Stepping aside, Sohki waited for her to enter.
She didn't have to wait long for Sohki to appear in the doorway, and she nodded her head to his greeting. "Except for the fact that you're blind, and you can't actually see me," she replied sarcastically as she stepped inside the apartment. "Good that you are well though."
She bent and began to untie the laces to her boots, removing them and putting them aside politely. "It's nicer in the apartments now that the weather is cooler."
The sarcastic words were returned with an amused chuckle. "Oh ho~ I can see you well enough." He did rather enjoy her sarcastic humour, and found it far too enjoyable. It didn't matter that he could see enough of her to know what Kerrigan was like even if he couldn't see her physically.
"The city has been rather kind with the life style here, although it is much more than what I am used to. I do hope that you're doing well also," Sohki murmured while closing the door.
Moving to step by Kerrigan as she removed her boots, the kirin began heading towards the living room and back towards the balcony. "You are one from space, correct? If what I've heard through the DEMISE is correct."
