It was safe to say that Lenalee had been rather surprised to find that someone else from home had also arrived. Sure, it had only been a few days since she found herself here but nonetheless she had found herself already worrying over those back at home. Perhaps it was due to having suddenly found herself somewhere strange, perhaps it wasn't. It wasn't as if she really knew it herself.
There was a slight bounce in her step as she walked towards the park. One step. Two steps. Three steps. This pace continued until eventually she entered the park and it wasn't long before Lavi came into her view. In all honesty she had yet to properly explore the area, but it seemed as though she would have plenty of time to do so.
"Lavi!" she cheered, a smile perched upon her lips as she rushed up to her friend. He seemed to look okay which made her feel a little more relaxed that there was a familiar face there.
Ah, the voice of an angel! Lavi returned the smile with exuberance and waved a hand to her as she came over. 'Lenalee-chan~...!" She wasn't the only one thankful to see a familiar face. Yet at the same time he wondered what was happening back home if they were here...
There were too many questions and too little answers. He'd have to talk to the Stein man, or even Death Scythe soon.
"Good to see ya! Man, I wouldn't know what I would have done if I really was here alone!"
"I'm sure that you would have managed fine Lavi. Everyone here is really friendly so you'd definately have made friends," Lenalee stated, the same smile upon her lips. She paused for a moment to gather her thoughts before continuing with, "You've really been okay whilst you've been here, haven't you? You know about what's going on?"
She would have hated if she didn't know exactly what was going on and just assumed that Lavi would have felt the same. They were friends and comrades after all, and she personally wouldn't want him to be hurt due to something silly as a lack of information.
"Ahehe..." Still smiling, he managed to look sheepish at that. What she said was true, but that didn't mean he couldn't act like it wasn't. He pushes his hands back into his pockets and nodded.
"Yeah, I'm going to have a chat with that Stein guy, or at the very least with Death Scythe. I want to see if I can get any more information than I've already been given." Then a thought struck him. "Have you met them yet?"
