Yoko sat up, stretching her arms with a yawn as she rubbed at her eyes. Why was she waking up? The last she remembered was driving to school and then nothing. She looked around at the surroundings, feeling a little disturbed. Yoko stood up slowly and looked down at herself. She blinked a few times. Wasn't she wearing her usual dress? Now, she was wearing the infamous bikini top and shorts she had worn as a teenager.

"Huh..this place is totally creepy..where is this?" Yoko questioned aloud as she walked to the doors, trying to open then but with nothing done. She frowned and kicked at the door with her boot," Stupid door."

Okay. Enough milling about looking at people. From her observations Rise had come to the conclusion that pretty much everyone in the room currently was just as lost and confused as she was. To her that meant that they were allies.

...yea that was what she had figured out after about fifteen minutes of looking at everyone. The next twenty had been her trying to find an excuse for why that wasn't a valid conclusion so she wouldn't have to actually talk to any of these people. Call it fear or her shyness kicking in when least appropriate, she wasn't sure.

At last she spotted one person whom she thought looked friendly enough and so she went over to her cautiously, unsure of what to actually say.

"Um. Hi." Lame.

The small greeting perked Yoko to glance over to the girl standing by her. She had been zoning out trying to figure out a way out of here but nothing came up. Deciding it was best to reply rather than look blankly at her, Yoko offered a small smile," Hi."

Yoko glanced around for a moment before looking back at the girl," Uh, you have any clue why we're in this room?" She sighed and rubbed her gloved hands together," it seems none of us do plus, my weapon is no where in site.."

Darn. There went the hope that this girl might be able to shed at least a little more light on the subject.

Still, the smile put her a little more at ease and she returned it with one of her own.

"I think you're right," she nodded in agreement, everyone seemed just as confused as them, "but I was thinking maybe if we can all figure out what we have in common, maybe we might be able to figure out why we were kidnapped? Or by who?"

Kidnapping was Rise's first deduction, if only because it had already happened to her once, and she had been in the middle of a kidnapping and murder case. Intuition told her that this wasn't connected to the case in Inaba but it was too early to say anything for sure.

Lithuania jerked awake rather violently. He had no idea when he had nodded off, but the last thing he could remember was Russia giving him some orders and leaving. Terrified that he had fallen asleep on the job, he started apologizing even as he sat up. "I'm so sorry, Mr. Russia! I didn't mean to fall asleep-"

Then he blinked and took a look around. There were other people here as well, it seemed, and this certainly didn't look like anywhere in Russia's house that he had seen. He grew wary, and started glancing around to see if there was anyone he recognized at all.

She blinked a few times, peering over at the other worriedly," Hey are you going to be ok?" Yoko asked, sure they were locked somewhere they all possibly didn't even know about...but hey, it was a start to talking to someone and maybe gaining more information about anything related to the situation.

"Eh?" Lithuania glanced over to the red-head, giving a smile and reassurance that had become a habit. "Yes, yes... I'm fine. My apologies, if I startled you."

Groaning softly, Colette raised her head, rubbing it a bit as she fully sat up. She was still in her work clothes, cook's jacket and all. "I must 'ave dozed off," she murmured to herself, rubbing her eyes before blinking them open. As she woke up, it took a few moments for her mind to register that she was not in La Ratatouille, or her home.

And at that revelation, she shot to her feet, her blue eyes wide. "Vhere am I?" she wondered aloud, looking around and secretly hoping she'd see Linguini, but the redhead was nowhere to be found. Now she was worried.

This wouldn't be the first time that Rise had awoken in a strange place. While it made her better prepared to deal with the situation, it didn't make it any less frightening. The only thing that kept her from tearing up was the fact that there were other people around as well, and after a couple seconds of careful observation they seemed just as lost and confused as she was.

Hmm. How to go about this? Milling about and staring wouldn't get anything accomplished, but as genuine as their bafflement seemed, one could never be sure, right?

"Are you all right?" The accented voice came not too far away from Rise, a woman in a cook's uniform standing with her arms crossed over her chest. She did her best to look unaffected by the current situation, but Colette was indeed worried, that worry clear in her face.

Rise turned at the sound of someone's voice. At first she wasn't entirely sure if it was directed to her, but there was a young woman there looking in her direction. She hesitated for a second before giving a hesistant nod.

"I'm okay. Just really, really confused. You wouldn't happen to know what's going on around here, would you?" Though she said she was okay it was pretty obvious that she was incredibly unsettled. Rise was never particularly good at holding back her emotions, and now was no exception.

The last thing he remembered was the taste of smoke and blood in his mouth, and a lot of pain, and the vague completely inappropriate concern that his PSP had caught a bullet somehow.

Matt's eyes snapped open and he gasped abruptly, sitting up, almost immediately slapping his hands over the front of his vest, sucking down breath like it was going out of style.

"Bloody fucking hell..." he muttered, yanking at his vest, pulling it open in the front, and he had his shirt halfway up, looking for blood, before he realized that he wasn't slumped against Mello's car in a dark street, and that there were other people in the room. Shoving his shirt down, Matt tried to control his breathing, and flicked his eyes around the unfamiliar place he was in, tinted orange with his goggles.

"What's going on?" he mumbled, then, "I don't believe in the afterlife. This isn't the afterlife. What the bloody fuck...?"

She jumped at the sudden movement near her, surprised to notice people. (Granted, there were a lot of them and she felt very very silly for NOT having caught on that they were there in the first place.) He looked about as unnerved as she felt, which was something considering how badly shaken she felt. She hadn't noticed PEOPLE. That was a bad sign. Okay. Time to get back on top of your game Yuffie Kisaragi. She wasn't the great ninja Yuffie for nothing, so she should start acting like it.

"You okay?" Yuffie asked, finding it a little easier to not freak out if she had someone else's freak out to worry about.

"I take it you did the whole wake up to crazy thing too?"

His heart jumped again as someone talked to him, directly, and his gaze dropped for a moment before quirking back up to her face. Cute Asian girl. Geeze. His gaze dropped again, and he nodded.

"I...yeah. Last thing I remember is..." he waved a hand, scrabbling his fingertips and short blunt nails over the seams on his jeans, "Yeah, it wasn't this."

He shifted a bit, pushed himself to his feet, and glanced at her face again, "Ah, I'm Matt. You...have any kind of idea what the hell's going on here? This place is..."

He shook his head, dark hair falling in his eyes. There weren't really adjectives available in the English language to explain exactly how weird this situation was.

"Yuffie. Nice to meet'cha Matt. You know, despite the weird circumstances." Yuffie waved back a little smile setting itself as normal. As freaked out as she was, it was easier to proceed as normal then let it get to her.

"I was...Outside with the clean up crew. And this isn't outside." She said, looking up before joining him in standing and finally getting a good look around.

"Ooooooh Shiva....Yeah. This Really isn't where I was." This wasn't Edge. This wasn't Midgar. Nowhere close. "It felt...Like I was waking up or something. But I don't remember getting knocked out and I was standing and running around so I don't know how I'd sleep so...." Okay. This had hit rambling mode and it wasn't entirely to Matt, but really just her brain trying to process this turn of events.

"Gaia this is crazy...."
