So, two girls walk into the Red Light District... [closed]

Time: October 31, during Aqua and Ran Fan's shift.
Description: A brawl breaks out in the Red Light District and two Watch members who had opted to not take the night off break it up. That's basically it.
(OOC: Also, I didn't know if you wanted to do action or prose, but reply in which ever you prefer!)
It was strange and maybe just a little disconcerting for Aqua to realize that the Red Light District celebrated Halloween just like everyone else. Well, not like everyone else exactly. There were a lot of people in costume, yes, and some of the establishments had put up decorations, true, but Aqua was certain that no where else in Death City would a man in a vampire costume come up to her and ask if he could bite her.
So maybe she had been a little relieved when she heard shouting and what, after patrolling these areas for a while, she could tell was probably a fight.
Fighting, she could deal with. It was everything else here that she had trouble with.
