Description: MISSION 051. To get a free (mirror) ride to Japan, Yuffie and Suzaku are joined by Mifune to take on a mission dealing with one of those Kappa monsters.

[Mifune had opted to wait for the two not-really-partners at the entrance of Shibusen, because he was already there anyway, and climbing up and down the stairs took a while.]

In case you don't succeed. [Is the very curt reply. He eyes Suzaku a little, because he knows the look of someone who had recently gone through... a lot. And this boy reeks it.]

[it seemed like a reasonable enough 'why' to him. Yuffie was someone who made him feel a bit awkward with all her energy, but she wasn't bad in the least, and... maybe it would be best to visit Japan. he'd spent a few nights thinking about it, anyway. not usually in a good way, of course, but with an honest mission in mind, he was determined not to fade off. he'd just have to remind himself that it wasn't actually Area 11.]

[... we'd see how long that lasted.]

[anyway, he met Mifune's eyes only after five seconds had gone by and the man hadn't looked away; he didn't like that eying, but he couldn't just say so. that'd be rude. so-- he'd just try to kill two birds with one stone (both get rid of the staring and get moving to their mission. and, by proxy, to Japan.) a glance between the two, backing up Yuffie's question in a much more subdued way-]

Should we proceed now? I think we're all ready.

[Yuffie scrunches up her nose in distaste, shaking her head quickly as her hands settled on her hips.] We'll succeed! [So full of determination! And why not? Yuffie refuses to take a defeat neatly.

Looking over to Suzaku the ninja girl nods a little and points a finger forward... well, general-direction-forward.] Let's go! I want to see what it's like! This is just like a side-trip, you know? Get business out of the way, then we'll make it a vacation!

[Though she does throw a second look toward Mifune.] If dad here will let us.

[He gives Suzaku one last look before turning his attention very briefly to Yuffie, and turning to head inside Shibusen. He doesn't really comment at what she's saying, except the last part.
