Characters: Norma Beatty and Hungary
Location: Portugal
Rating: PG-13 for scary ladies kicking butt!
Time: October 14th, all day
Description: Norma and Hungary are off to Portugal to take care of a rather nasty castle guardian.

As Norma stared at the castle, she raised an eyebrow at it. This place was practically screaming haunted! However, if it weren't, they wouldn't be here right now would they? She had explored castles like these with her teacher back when she was his student but it was usually to see if the place had anything. Now, she was here...fighting off a kishin.

"Me either but let's try out best to find this beast!" She said back as she held her partner. "Thanks, I'll be the look out!" Her first real battle with only the both of them and no one else. Oh man, she thought to herself, this was going to be tough. As she walked closer to the castle, she was starting to doubt herself a bit. She knows that she shouldn't be thinking these thoughts, she wanted to go with her partner and do this! No one told her to! Still, Norma was a bit unsure about this...

Hungary could feel those thoughts and she glanced at Norma, "We'll be fine. I trust you. Now let's go!"

There wasn't much to the interior of the castle, only a few tattered remains of what was once a seat of power. The walls were still strong though, and Hungary was glad of that much. The lower level was quiet and Hungary was nearly convinced that what ever was haunting this place had decided to vacate before they had arrived.

Until there was some sort of movement from a corridor at the top of a flight of stairs.

With those words, Norma relaxed a bit and a smile formed on her face. "Heh, thanks...I really needed that!" It was good to know that her partner trusted her, she wouldn't want to disappoint her now! They had been partners for a while now and she was starting to understand the country a little bit better. While the concept was still confusing, she just saw them as spirits or gods of their own countries back in their world. Hey, if there was a god of the sea back in her world...why not countries?

When Norma entered the castle with Hungary, she walked slowly and looked around for any movements. "So creepy in here..." She said to her before she heard something. "W-What was that?" A pause. "Do think that could be it?" She said as she slowly walked towards the stairs. Even though Norma was nervous, she wasn't going down without a fight!

Feel the smile that Hungary has right now, Norma, because it's big and proud! Her focuses changes though when Norma mentions the noise, "I heard it too. It really could be anything, be careful."

Nervous was alright, as long as it didn't skip to panic. Hungary was not a gun so there was no need to worry about accidentally being fired off. Those were interesting things to remember.

"Hold me up. I'll try to see down the hallway."
