Description: Cheshire is slipping in through open windows and cracked doors and taking naps on people's things.

It was such a nice and relaxing day after the one before. There were many things that he needed to get done, but those tasks could wait until after his morning tea time. That's why Sohki is sitting out on the balcony of his apartment while enjoying a cup of tea.

A chuckle was the Cheshire's only reply to begin with. It seemed as though this one would be rather entertaining to converse with, and the world he'd originated from sounded rather interesting indeed!

"That is always a possibility! He said with an amused expression. Taking another sip of his tea, the kirin asked shortly after, "Tell me more of your world."

"Talking animals weren't strange, for one."

"Oh ho~? So all the humans hold such an ability in your world?" Sohki asked, clearly interested in knowing the answer.

"All the everything does!" Cheshire took a sip of his own tea.

"Madness was sanity and sanity was madness!"

[holy_prankster]

"How positively interesting!" The kirin exclaimed while clasping his hands together excitedly. "Please, tell me more of this mad world you were pulled from."

"Well, we were ruled by the house of Cards. The Queen of Hearts was quite mad, maybe the maddest of them all!"

I'm not sure if you want to break the fourth wall or not? If not, I can have Sohki not say anything

The Queen of Hearts? Cheshire cat. The Mad Hatter, and Wonderland. It seemed as though everything was falling into place as Sohki remembered one of the old British stories.

"The maddest of them all, you say?" He gasps lightly at that.

"Angry most of the time too!" He seemed to love that bit, as his smile widened. Or maybe that was just because he loved making her angry.

"Yes, yes, I can imagine," he said with open amusement. It was obvious now just what the dear Cheshire was, and he couldn't help but find himself rather interested in the concept. After all, the Cheshire was not the only being here who he knew from fiction.

"And what of Alice, if I may ask?"

"Alice of what?"

He was the second person to mention a girl named Alice. Somehow he doubted that he meant that odd unimaginative girl from the party.

"The Queen of Hearts. Roses of the wrong colour planted. The Mad Hatter and the March Hare, and of course, the young child, Alice, who was curious enough to follow the White Rabbit," Sohki said instead of answering the Chesire cat's question. "I believe that there are many stories written about Alice's adventure throughout Wonderland."

"I miss the unbirthday parties," Cheshire lamented before adding much more playfully, "and I clearly missed the curious child!"

[holy_prankster]

"While it may not be held by two such individuals, you can still hold an unbirthday party here. Unless, of course, it's your birthday today," he said with an amused smile tugging at his lips.

"As for the child, perhaps you'll get to meet her here one day, hmm~?"

"Perhaps I might meet her there too! Is it a happy unbirthday to you?" His curiosity was piqued by this Alice girl. He still hoped it wasn't the girl from the party. That would be a bit of a let down, as fun as she was.

"Indeed it is~ just as I'm certain that many others within the city are celebrating their unbirthday," Sohki cheerfully said in return. While he had become aware of Holmes and Watson in the city, the kirin hadn't expected more characters from novels to grace their presence. It was such an interesting concept, and it became further obvious to just how powerful BREW was.
