Mukuro, in the meantime, was perfectly content with Chrome's silence and obedience - the man hummed an odd little tune as they made their way up to the floor of his unit, looking like he was in a good mood. He entered his apartment without knocking.

"We're here, Rhode~"

She was rather aimlessly playing with the television remote when they arrived, sucking on one of the tea-flavored candies she'd found in a drawer. Waiting was a bore, and more nerve-wracking than she would have liked to admit.

"Mukuro!"

Rhode perked up when she heard her Meister and the girl enter, though it wasn't quite as exuberant as her usual greetings. There was always the chance that he had brought a treat for her, after all, and being mean to Chrome wouldn't score points or gifts.

"Did you bring anything home for me?"

Chrome took a deep breath before entering, silently noting the absence of any greeting for her. Not a promising sign.

"Hello."

She coupled it with a slight bow towards the other girl. There wasn't a need to introduce herself, she had already done so over the network.
