Yoko had come down to the lobby soon after visiting with Germany, a smile on her face as she carried a few of her things from her apartment down with her to the lobbby. She remained in her tank top and sweats, hair pulled back in a slightly messy bun. Yoko didn't think she needed to dress up really, right? She spied a black-haired boy setting up what she guess was a stove and decided to walk up, her brown bags blocking her face for a moment.

"Watanuki right?" she asked from behind the bags before peeking from behind them with a friendly smile on her face," I'm Yoko."

Ah, he recognised that voice! Returning Yoko's smile brightly, Watanuki held out a hand to take the bag from her.

"Right! And you must be Yoko, right?" It felt a little strange not to use an honorific, especially since she looked quite a bit older than him, but she had asked. "It's good to meet you, even if this isn't the greatest reason to meet!"

Doumeki had gathered up some of the frozen things he had - mostly frozen vegetables and fish - as well as some of the refrigerated things, some eggs and other bits, and packed them up in a paper shopping bag to take down to the common rooms.

Stepping down the last of the stairs, he surveyed the space, seeing Watanuki setting up his portable stove and talking to a red-haired woman, Yoko, he thought her name was. Walking over behind Watanuki, he dropped his shopping bag on the nearest table, and waited for a break in conversation.

Lifting a hand, he waved to Yoko, "Yo." then glanced at Watanuki, with an ever-so-slightly smug expression, "That portable stove came in handy." he pointed out.

She smiled a bit wider," Correct. It's nice to meet you too," she couln't help but chuckle a little," it's not so bad. I think this idea was pretty nice."

Yoko turned when she heard someone else walk up, looking curiously at him before waving a bit with her free hand. She looked between the boys and noticed they must have known each other already. She set the rest of her things down," It seems so. Thats pretty nice that you have one."

Feeling glad to have some company in the middle of this awful storm, Miranda made her way down to the common area.

Oh! There was Kimihiro! She started to wave - but then she realised that she didn't know the other people with him. She didn't want to push in, so she just stayed off to the side, watching.

Miranda jumped a little, and spun to stare at the man who - Miranda blushed a little at the thought - called her beautiful. People didn't call her beautiful! Back in her home town they...they called her unlucky, and gloomy...and at the Order no one really cared what she looked like, they were more concerned with her abilities as an Exorcist.

Oh God, what was she supposed to do? He had just given her a massive complement! She needed to respond...but what if he wanted to do...to do...err...indecent things?! Even in her mind Miranda couldn't help but stammer at the thought! And Miranda wasn't a floozy! She couldn't just go around in racy red skirts and go and jump...

...Miranda's mind flatlined.

So for a moment she just stood there, staring at him in a strange mix of panic and incoherence and underneath it all just a little bit of warmth at the idea that someone thought she was beautiful, while trying to figure out what on earth she was going to say?!"I...um...er...well...ah ha...um...th...th...that's nice of you to...um...say...um ( ... )

[It was strange. The storm seemed to have come from nowhere, but Ping wasn't particularly worried. He had never been a big fan of them since they both ruined crops and were bothersome to travel through but they were all nice and warm inside.

Like others he was in the common room, simply milling about]

((ooc;standard request applies xD no outing/discovering Mulan please))

[Storms. Great. Storms. Winry just loved storms. They brought oodles of fun memories back. Thankfully there seemed to be some sort of get together in the common room so it was serving as a great distraction. She had brought along some food as she had promised. She was contenting herself making sandwiches of various kinds at one of the tables]

[Miranda wasn't such a fan of storms either - and she was feeling rather unsettled at the moment. Still, she was glad to see a familiar face! She wonders up to Winry and shyly starts up a conversation]

Ah...hello, Winry!

[Looks up and hesitates for a moment before smiling back. Ever since the festival she's known Miranda and Lavi have people keeping something but she has no clue what. Still, it's not like Winry had been completely open about everything from her world so she puts it aside]

Hey Miranda! Help yourself to a sandwich. [she indicates them on a tray on the table]

[Miranda still worried about what Winry thought - she liked Winry, she seemed like such a nice girl! But hopefully, Winry wouldn't worry about what Miranda did back in her world anymore.]

Oh - Thank you, Winry! [picking one up, before jumping at another loud crash and giving Winry a nervous smile]

It's much easier, isn't it, with other people around...
