[Precisely on time, Seimei emerged from the Communal, and looked at Hong Kong. Aside from the ears, of course, Seimei was fairly normal in appearance, if tall and impressive-looking.]

You're the one who claims to be a nation?

[That got a nod from the nation, as he walked up to meet him. Not a moment late, and Hong Kong was glad he came early. Might as well be punctual for someone who would appreciate it.]

And you'd be Seimei.

[It was less of a question and more of a statement, as he looked up at the man.]

[Seimei looked down at Hong Kong, raising an eyebrow. Usually, he's quite a bit taller than most people, but it's still surprising to see someone who claimed to be an entire nation at... well. A smaller stature.

Regardless, he doesn't comment on that, though he clearly seems curious of it.]

...I am. How would you like me to address you?

[He was a city after all, and a young one at that- at least, relative to the rest of the nations. And it wasn't his fault that Seimei was tall enough to tower over him. Shouldn't cat people be petite and cute?
