Happy New year!

First post of the new year from me!
It went well. 
The canadian stations were playing crap on TV so we watched the fireworks from the space needle. 
was pritty cool.

The spinich artachoke dip came out AWSOME! should have chopped the spinich a bit better, but it came out GREAT... my BIL who HATES spinich tried one bite, and now he is chowing down on it

the family loved it!
My mom heard it has no onions in it and now wants me to make it for her.....
LOL i need to add more garlic though... then again my family are big garlic fiends

ya and i made avacado dip everyone loves too!
Its made low fat with miricalwip, and it tastes so creamy and YUMMY and good...
i think i have some left over and im going to munch on it now! LOL`
