The clothing here is mostly free, since they really can't make us pay for stuff when we come here with no money. Even when people have a job, stuff is still free for the most part.

I'm pretty sure if you go to a bar or a club you have to pay for drinks and food, maybe even to get in, depending on the type of club. It's not something people need, so it's not free like clothing and food.
