That comes as a relief to hear. I hope that he, too, is fairing well. [ So, she's only talked to him a total of two times and all, but it doesn't keep her from caring a small degree. ]

He almost died. [Because he was an idiot, but Date will not get on that.] He's alright now though, and should be well enough in a matter of days.

D-Died? [ She wants to ask how that is possible, but holds her tongue. Instead a small squeak releases from her mouth. ] Th-that is a relief that he will be well soon, I am afraid I do speak to him long but surely the one you chose as partner is too honorable of a man to loose in such battles. [ Though she'd think differently if she realized he was hitting on her... ]
