Let's see...

[She picks up the communicator, pointing it toward various places in the apartment as she points out each area. And yes, Vergil is there, too. He's sitting on the opposite couch, reading a book.]

There's three bedrooms in this one, though some only have two. [She points out each of the rooms, and the doors to each are open to give some view of the inside.] Each one has an adjoining bathroom. And the kitchen is over here, with the dining room right next to it.

[The place has a very open feel, with each room seemingly melding into the next. Yuna is obviously pleased.] You should come by sometime.

I got a really heavy metal anchor. With a flower in it. [She looks unsure herself.]

Fatality Condominiums. The apartments here are really nice. Not that the others aren't of course, but you know what I mean!
